Our Policy Page is concerned with making sure that we both understand the terms of our agreement once you book a fishing trip or cruise with Lethal Weapon Fishing.

(1) Once your reservation for a fishing trip or cruise is booked, you need to send a deposit to us within 7-10 days of the booking date.  The deposit amount will be told to you during the booking process.  We will not hold your reservations without a deposit that is received on time. Please send all deposits by check made out to Capt. Bob Liston, and send them to:

(2) Captain Bob asks that the balance of the payment is paid to him in cash.

(3) Departure is up to the sole discretion of the Captain, depending on vessel, equipment, water & weather conditions. Please call for details pertaining to canceling and rescheduling cruises.

(4) No more than six passengers are allowed on the Lethal Weapon.  To avoid disappointments, please do not bring others who do not have reservations thinking that they will be able to join your booked group.

(5) Please read "FISHING TRIP FEATURES, RULES & TIPS" on both our fishing trips page and cruise page for more information.  Your are responsible for becoming aware of that information before taking a fishing trip or cruise aboard the Lethal Weapon.
