Tuna Policy:

All shark and tuna charters are 12hr. trips
As environmentalists we release all unwanted sharks unharmed
All tuna greater than 73" curved fork length will be sold by the boat under general category rules during the open season. If the tuna sells for $1000.00 or more, the captain will either refund the price of your charter or offer another trip at no charge. These large fish, if landed during a closure, must be released.
Heads and tails of marketed tuna may be retained by the angler for mounting purposes.
